Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions were generated in order to provide a positive experience to our customers and to protect ourselves for potential damages to our properties and goods comprised in our apartments.

Terms and Conditions are applicable to all  reservations made at Ares ApartHotel, on all channels and partners.

Once a reservation is accepted by both Ares ApartHotel and the customer, there is a contract between the two parties, based on which, the Terms and Conditions are automatically accepted by the guest.

Terms and Conditions can be changed without a prior notification. Please always check the latest Terms and Conditions on our website.

Using the Website

By using the Website, customers agree to accept the Terms and Conditions and  comply by the law.

Our website can contain links to external services or information that might be useful for the guest, but we do not take responsibility for potential displeasure produced by third parties.

 

All our prices and offers can be changed in time without a warning. The prices listed in confirmed reservations, cannot be changed.

We reserve our right to modify or correct potential errors in apartment description, facilities or products we offer. 

All information presented on this site or the elements that consist of, are in the property of Ares ApartHotel and cannot be duplicated or reused in any way, without our consent.
 

Using the website is permitted only by customers over 18 years old that can be considered a legal part in constituting  a contract.

 

Reservations can be made: 

- on our website www.aresaparthotel.ro,

- through e-mail, at contact@aresaparthotel.ro,

- on the phone (+40)730-603.104

- through other online reservation channels like  booking.com, airbnb.com etc.

 

By completing an online reservation, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Ares ApartHotel. The customer will receive the reservation confirmation through email.

 

There can be differences between prices or Terms and Conditions on different channels. Please make sure to read carefully the Terms and conditions before moving forward with a reservation.

In order to complete the check-in, the customer will have to provide ID details, Card Details or any other information required to complete the payment or generate the  online/offline check-in form. Card details constitutes a guarantee for Ares ApartHotel, and can be used for deducting money agreed upon making the reservation by the guest. 

Payments accepted​

- Online Bank Transfers: EURO, LEI

- Payments through Paypal account

- Online card payments using PayPal as a payment processor

- Online Card payments through euplatesc.ro

- Vacation Vouchers emitted by Edenred, Sodexo or UpRomania

 

Online payments are made through external secured payment providers such as, PayPal or euplatesc.ro. Payments can be made in LEI or EURO. For payments made from a different currency account, conversion rates or extra taxes might be involved, depending on the  Beneficiary's Bank Terms.

Cancellations, changes and No Shows

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge in at least 48 hours before the arrival. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours prior to arrival, will be charged with the accommodation cost for the first night. No-shows will be fully charged and not refunded. Refunds will be made in the account of the guest, in maximum 15 days.

Requests to change a reservation will be accepted depending on the availability of our apartments, if made in 48 hours prior to the arrival of the guest. Additional costs might apply to a reservation changed, depending on the seasonal prices or existing offers.

Re-allocations

We have the right to re-allocate a different room or location to our guests, but only by offering similar conditions as their initial reservation.  In special circumstances we reserve our right to cancel a reservation and refund the customer with the entire amount payed in advance if there is the case. Ares ApartHotel cannot be blamed for additional costs, delays, deterioration caused by the reallocation or changes in the confirmed reservations, in situations that cannot be controlled by us, like  Civil Wars, terrorism activities, strikes or weather conditions.

Damages

If during the stay, the guest has disturbed the other tenants, or has produced deterioration of our property and goods, Ares ApartHotel has the right to request the guest all amounts necessary to cover the lost, or any additional costs.

By completing a reservation, the customer agrees to cover any damages or deterioration produced at our properties..

Arriving and Leaving the property

Check-in can be made from 2:00PM

Check-out can be made until 11 AM.

Check-in and Check-out hours can be changed upon request, depending on the availability of the apartments. Occasionally, there might be situations when we have to delay he check-in time for 1 or 2 hours. In these cases, we will make sure  the guests can leave their luggage safely until the check-in.

Quiet hours are between 1:00 PM-2:00 PM and 11:00PM-8:00AM. 

 

 

Facilities

All apartments are fully furnished equipped with electric oven and stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, smart TV, air-conditioning, kitchenware, tableware, bedding and bathroom cosmetics.

Free WIFI is available in all our properties as well as underground parking, both free of charge. We offer complementary products such as, fruits, coffee and tea, bowl of candy, peanuts, cereals but that might differ depending on availability.

Cleaning is free of charge, once every 3 days for a minimum of 7 days stay, or upon request. 

We can offer additional or third party services upon request and offers that are listed on our website here. We do not take responsibility for  any disagreeable situations produced by other parties or partners. However, we will take measures to make sure these situations will not happen again by notifying the responsible parties or refusing to collaborate in the future with them. 

Guests Liability

During their stay, our guests take full responsibility for the goods in the property of Ares ApartHotel, as well as their own goods stored  inside the apartments. Ares ApartHotel cannot be blamed for damages produced by negligence of the guest, or receiving other people inside the apartments, or leaving the doors open. We do not offer insurance for our guests goods or for the cars parked in the underground parking.

We recommend our customers to make their own insurance policies to cover these situations.

Using the Apartments

Inside our apartments, the following activities are strictly forbidden:

-        Any services or commercial activities made without our consent

-        Any illegal activities

-        Parties

-        Re-renting the property

-        Using candles or any other open flames

-        Smoking, except on the terrace. Inside smoking will be charged with 100 euro.

 

We reserve our right to select and refuse our customers that appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or have a violent behaviour .

The guests inside the apartment must be equivalent to the guests number the reservation was made for, otherwise, additional costs will be applied. In case the other residence of the building are disturbed or the guest have un-properer behaviour during the stay, we have the right to ask the guest to leave our property without a refund or any additional charges..

Accessing the Apartments

In the day of the check-in the guests will receive a full check-in instructions by phone or email. For any further questions, please contact us at 0040-730-603.

We are mainly focused on giving our guest the perfect stay, however there might be situations when we have to enter the apartments for certain repairing.

Complaints

In case at the arrival, you notice any aspect that is not in accordance with the reservation being made or with the apartment's facilities, please call us at 0040-730-603 or send us an e-mail at contact@aresaparthotel.ro. We will do our best to solve the issue or refund the guest partially or totally, depending on the situation. Though, the refund cannot be more than the initial amount payed for the reservation.

 

Accommodation Pricing

Prices are listed on our website, on our partners websites and can differ depending on the channel, duration or existing offers.

Default prices are for 2 adult. Additional costs are applied for additional guests.

Children between 0-3 years old stay free of charge. Children between the age of 3-14 pay only 50% from the original price.

Pets are not allowed.

LITIGATION
Terms and Conditions accepted by the customers when making the reservation, consists a contract between Ares ApartHotel and the guest. Any misunderstanding will be friendly resolved between the two parties. In case the two parties cannot reach a common understanding, the situation will be solved by the Competent Legal Authorities in Cluj-Napoca.
